Paid Internship Program –Learn to Earn
Our Paid Internship Program is designed for students and recent graduates looking to gain real-world professional experience in marketing, customer engagement, and team collaboration. Interns work alongside experienced leaders in retail environments while developing communication, leadership, and business fundamentals.
Phases:
Phase 1 – Foundations: Learn customer engagement, brand representation, and basic sales support.
Phase 2 – Skill Development: Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and gain hands-on experience working with customers and team leaders.
Phase 3 – Leadership Exposure: Support training activities, marketing execution, and team operations while preparing for future career opportunities.

In-Store Marketing Representative / Brand Ambassador
Overview: Represent partner brands inside retail locations while engaging customers and supporting in-store marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Execute in-store marketing initiatives
Provide product and service information
Deliver positive customer experiences
Support team goals and performance metrics
Compensation: $500–$750 weekly

Account Manager / Client Representative
Overview: Support multiple in-store campaigns and assist with coaching Brand Ambassadors. Introduces leadership responsibilities and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Support training and onboarding
Assist with team development
Manage marketing campaigns
Learn sales psychology and recruiting fundamentals
Compensation: $800–$1,000 weekly

Junior Marketing Manager / Team Leader
Overview: Lead teams, oversee daily operations, and support performance goals across assigned locations.
Responsibilities:
Coach and develop team members
Support compliance and sales performance
Assist with territory management

Compensation: $1,200–$1,500 weekly

Assistant Marketing Manager
Overview: Learn operational responsibilities including interviews, payroll coordination, recruiting support, and territory planning.

Support recruiting efforts
Assist with interviews and onboarding

Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually plus performance bonuses
Marketing Manager / Branch Manager
Overview: Oversee territory performance, team development, and client standards. Maintain sales goals, compliance, and operational success.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and compliance across locations
Develop leadership teams
Support recruiting and territory growth
Ensure client standards are met
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses
